STUDENT ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION
All student organizations must register to keep their budgets active, room reservation privileges and technology accounts intact. Register once you have elected the organization's leaders for the 2008-2009 academic year.
If you do not know who your organization adviser is, check the Student Organization and Adviser List.
If your organization is not on the Organization and Adviser list, name Jered Bocage as your adviser and e-mail tel@tulane.edu to tell us you've done this!
ACTIVITIES EXPO REGISTRATION
Activities Expo registration is available until August 15. You must complete the student organization registration before you can register for Activities Expo!
Expo is Friday, August 29, 2008 from 4 – 6 p.m. in the LBC.

HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
In preparation for the upcoming hurricane season, all student organizations must turn in a list of executive board members with their current home address, phone number, cell phone number and Tulane e-mail address and an alternate e-mail address. Please send a copy to Student Programs and give one to your adviser. Collect similar lists for your general membership.
Please return all organizational files, supplies and equipment to campus to be stored. In case of flooding we can insure damages that occur on campus better than if you lost them in your home or apartment.
