SOLR Goals

By participating in SOLR, students will…

• Develop the leadership knowledge, skills, and attitudes to influence people and organizations toward positive change and productive growth
• Develop a heightened awareness and disposition toward community service, civic responsibility and social justice
• Learn how to apply basic leadership theory into practice
• Understand the importance of building community
• Create an environment that fosters collaborative relationships
• Increase their knowledge and understanding of campus policies and procedures
